"Why do I need a coach?"
You may wonder if you need a coach, but you can benefit from one. Think of a coach as someone who supports you in putting the puzzle pieces of your life together. As a coach, I will support you in striving to hit the goals and achievements you set for yourself.
"I can hold myself accountable."
Some people can hold themselves to meeting their goals and aspirations. If you're one of those people, more power to you! But the truth of the matter is — life be life'n. It can be hard to hold oneself accountable in accomplishing plans we have for ourselves, whether it be due to being overworked, family life, burnout, and more. Life is an obstacle course, but with some extra support, jumping those hurdles will allow you to reach the finish line and win the life you've set for yourself.
Life Coaching
Let’s be honest—adulting isn’t easy. Life gets busy, our minds get cluttered, and sometimes it feels like we’re just trying to keep up. I’ve been there too. Whether it’s your personal goals, your career, or just finding a sense of balance, it can all feel a little overwhelming.
That’s where I come in. As your life coach, I’m here to help you sort through the noise, get clear on what really matters to you, and create a path forward that actually feels good—not forced.
My approach is all about real conversations, honest reflection, and gentle accountability. I’ll listen deeply, help you see things from a new perspective, and support you as you take meaningful steps forward—at your own pace. You don’t have to do this alone.
Virtual Meal Support (Coming Soon)
This service is for those who are currently in treatment for an eating disorder or in remission—and actively working with a professional team.
Meal support can make such a difference in recovery. I know from experience—food can feel like a chore, something you have to get through rather than something that feels safe or nourishing. But having someone there with you during a meal can really soften the weight of it all.
This is a space where you don’t have to do it alone. While you’re working with your treatment team, I’m here to sit beside you (virtually) and offer that extra support during mealtime. We’ll go at your pace. We can talk through any difficulties coming up around the meal, or just sit together through the discomfort.
Food might feel like a battle right now, but you don’t have to fight it by yourself.
Executive Function Coaching
Staying organized can be hard sometimes. Time slips away, to-do lists grow, and no matter how much you want to focus, your brain isn’t having it. You want to focus but your brain has other plans. It can feel frustrating, draining, or like you're constantly playing catch-up.
Executive functioning impacts how we manage things like time, routines, planning, organization, and follow-through. And when those areas feel out of whack—whether you're neurodivergent, overwhelmed, or just burnt out—it can throw everything off.
You’re not failing or behind—You just might need some support and space to figure out what works for you. With the right tools, pacing, and encouragement, it is possible to feel more grounded and capable in your day-to-day life.
