About Me
My name is Brittney, but you can call me B. I wouldn’t say I’m your typical coach who just studied how to be a good coach—I've lived through experiences that shaped me into the woman and coach I am today.
I started in acting and modeling in my early years, but in my 20s, I realized that world wasn’t for me anymore. While I still love modeling, acting felt exhausting. At that point, I was managing an office in the mental health field, and I fell in love with helping people. What truly fulfilled me was witnessing how real support could transform someone’s life. Unfortunately, not everyone has that kind of support system.
Over the years, I’ve connected with people from all walks of life. One thing I hear often is how safe I make people feel—how they can open up about their struggles without fear of judgment. And honestly, who am I to judge? We’ve all got our own sh*t!
Life has kicked my butt plenty, but I always come out victorious. (Not cocky, just blessed.) I’ve battled anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, a “rare” eating disorder called ARFID, Auditory Processing Disorder, and even received a late diagnosis of ADHD. (And let’s be real—it’s sad how many people never get properly diagnosed!) But let me be clear: My diagnoses aren’t projections.
What they have given me is empathy, deep connection, and a strong understanding of when to push forward—and when to pause. Because, let’s be honest, we live in a society that glorifies hustle and grind, but if you burn out, what’s left?
At times, we need to take a pause. A pause can mean stepping back to see the bigger picture. A pause can be a break. A pause can be letting something go. Sometimes, it’s a comma/semicolon and a continuation. Other times, it’s a period and an ending. My "pause" moment came when I decided to step back and truly ask myself—what path would make me soul happy? And that journey is still unfolding.
So, what is soul happy?
It’s that deep, unshakable happiness and peace that comes from within. It’s feeling content with the life you’re building. It’s knowing that no external factor can shake you because the roots within you stand strong in your truth.
That’s what makes me soul happy. But the real question is—what makes you soul happy?
Let’s talk about it. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation, and let’s see if I’m the right fit to support you on your journey. I may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I might just be your glass of wine (or bottle of water!)
